The real reason I created this Magick Codex tab is because I wanted to share Glamour Magick with you.
Inspired by a relationship with the Moon and Venus. Glamour is central to Vampyre magick as a whole. So much that I think it’s at the top of priorities among us. War Magick and Warding combining Mars and Saturn are 2nd place. Everything else comes after, Business, Success, and Prosperity with Mercury, Jupiter and Sol might be 3rd place.

Am I likely to include all of that under this tab? probably not. I’ll try to touch on each thing, but I can’t possibly do an in-depth dive into the the rules of Feng Shui, or Interior Design or Fashion, and nutrition etc.
However I do personally have a Glamour Altar and I can share with you what that entails. You can enchant and bless your Jewelry, Makeup, Perfumes, Clothes, and Skincare Products. You can apply them in magickal ways. Living a Glamour life is one full of intention and purpose. You don’t buy a product if it can’t be used magickally. For the Vampyre the body is the temple, so we need to keep it clean, healthy, fortified, and decorated. The Temple Houses the God, the Deity the Entity. Caring for ones body, mind and spirit in this way aids in longevity, self-preservation of youth and vitality. You don’t have to live forever, but you can live long and preserve your youthfulness. To do that, one has to live a certain way, and sacrifice the unhealthy lifestyle we grow addicted to. This is Death of the Old you, and the Birth of the new and improved you.
So What Is Glamour Magick:
The word “Glamour” is Scottish in Origin, it means Enchantment or Bewitchment. In Seider magick its the power to alter the way other people perceive you, and therefore influence their behavior towards you. The most common use of glamour is centered on beauty and seduction, but it can be used to inspire fear and intimidation as well. I as a Tantric Vampyre personally aim to lead people to feel inspired by me, or to fall in love with me, or feel some attraction toward me. Because I feed on that sort of energy, I often redirect that energy so that I can influence people to either be aroused by each other, or create a safe space for trust and intimate platonic bonding. But when it comes to dealing with enemies I will become a nightmare, by combining Luna, Mars, and Saturn. and By Mercuries Madness I will devour my enemies.
Glamour is like energetic Shapeshifting. Some of it is mental, some of it is emotional, and some of it is physical. Glamour people with your voice, tone, movements, or appearance. These parts of glamour need to be transferred orally in person. Or maybe someone who is more skilled with writing words than I am can write it out for you to learn.
Learning body language, learning how to identify micro expressions in the face and body, also learning how to mimic them like a professional actor does on film or stage. Pacing in speech can help you learn hypnotic suggestion, or neural linguistics programming. You can also learn the effects of Supra-liminal messaging, which places suggestions or ideas into someones subconscious by placing obvious objects around the setting so they make favorable assumptions about you. If you are a media influencer you might utilize subliminal messaging, which hides the messages you want the audience to pick up unconsciously. Advertisers use it constantly.
Glamour Magick only works if you are confident, so STEP INTO YOUR POWER!!!!
won’t work for the shy, timid, low-self-esteem types. Be confident, head held high, walk with purpose, speak with purpose, mean it! and OWN it!
LUNA Glamour:
The Lunar aspect of Glamour is the Dreams and Purity aspect of the art. Clean your space, clean your home, because the cleaner your environment is, the clearer your thoughts are, and the more refreshed your emotions or feelings will be. Create a tranquil space and you’ll be rewarded with a tranquil mind.
Clean your body, with ritual baths. The body is connected to the mind, and the mind is connected to the emotions. When you feel good in the body you will feel good in the soul. Wash your ass, then apply lotions or oils to your face and skin to retain the moisture in the skin, which will prevent dryness and itchiness. Light refreshing scented candles, play relaxing music, and sit down, brew and drink some magickal tea, while breathing in meditation for 5 minutes. You want to be refreshed and relaxed, before going to bed. Because Luna is ruler of dreams. you can place a satchel of herbs for a dream spell under your pillow, with a sigil. you can spray the pillow with a fragrance that helps you sleep, or is known to aid in lucid dreaming or astral travel. Make this a regular routine in your life to connect with the Lunar spirits and strengthen your intuition, expand your awareness, and develop a healthy relationship with your mind, spirit, emotions and your body. Luna helps you build your emotional intelligence. She helps you regulate your emotions, to conquer feelings of anxiety and depression and low-self-esteem. This is why Luna is known as the initiator into the mystic path.
VENUS Glamour:
The Venereal/Venusian aspect of Glamour is the Beauty, Sensual, Grooming aspect of the Art. Groom & Pamper yourself by shaving or waxing, and getting a massage or massaging yourself. So lymphatic massages drain the face and body of lymphatic fluids which can make your skin look puffy especially in the morning. Massage your face and neck muscles, massage your hands and feet. You can massage your arms and legs while applying body lotion or cream. Do your hair, nails, makeup, get dressed-up even if you’ve got nowhere to go. Dress-up just to go to the store.
Venus is also about friendships and relationships, so get sexy to bond and spend time with your friends, family, or partner. Wear that expensive perfume, because believe it or not it does have an expiration date on the bottle. Most LANCOME perfumes last 24 months after opening (Thats a 2 year lifespan) USE IT!!!.
Design a signature wardrobe. Build an aesthetic for yourself. Put thought into your clothing, don’t just buy pieces here and there that might look cute later. Invest in quality clothing that will last you a life time, and reject fast fashion. Creating a signature look is a way to ensure that you make yourself MEMORABLE by the way you dress. Think in terms of having such an identifiable look, that if you where to be made into a cartoon or a costume, everyone will know exactly who they are trying to portray. You don’t have to dress like a main-character so long as you dress like a character. The Venus person aims to be everybody’s MUSE… a constant source of artistic inspiration. You are ART come to life. Poetry in motion, a Vision to behold. You don’t have to be Beautiful, you just need to look interesting, that’s the goal with glamour.
The Magick side of Glamour comes from intention, and the use of Color Magick, Sigils, Symbols, Oils, Sprays, Amulets, Charms, Energy Manipulation. Dress how you feel using colors, you can wear colorful scarves, shoes, bags, headscarves, ribbons or Veils. You can wear protective charms or good luck charms set to your needs and intentions. You can hide crystals in your bra, or wear jewelry with corresponding gems, stones, minerals that fit the intention of what you want to manifest. You can draw sigils on your skin using oils and perfumes, and choose perfumes that are made with ingredients that correspond with the intention you want to manifest. You can place sigils or paper charms inside of your shoes, your bag, your wallet, or a hidden pocket to aid you in your working. Step into the Power of your intention and Own it, like you already have what you are trying to manifest into your life. Your vibe attracts your tribe. Energy flows where attention goes.
GLAMOUR ALTAR:
A Glamour Altar will be a space dedicated to an enchanted mirror, with enchanted perfumes, jewelry, candles for carving your name and intentions into, and herbs to feed that intention, and your enchanted gems. In this space you can bless and enchant your skincare, hair-care, and beauty products.
This Altar is where you will create your Satchel spells, Tea Blends, Ritual Baths, and create custom perfumes. etc.
I like to keep Selenite on my altar as a cleansing station for all my other items. You can also use your mirror for scrying or have a scrying bowl or crystal on there too. I like to enchant my hair brush too. You can make this altar your own, fill it with the things and symbols that reflect what you want your glamour to do. Have images of figures or Icons you want to embody. Carve affirmations into your candles. A Glamour Altar is a celebration of you. its Vanity, Self-Worship.
