Over the years, in private conversations with fellow comrades of the Luciferian Order… I have stated many times that Modern Luciferianism is a byproduct of the Modern Vampyrism movement. As Egregores have a tendency to branch out and replicate themselves in various forms. I could even go as far as saying that Modern Vampyrism is a byproduct of both Satanism and Shamanism.
All of these systems share many similar traits, such as: Tantric and or Chaos Magickal Structures, Post-Humanist, Trans-Humanist, Transcendental goals of the spirit, Social Darwinism, Parapsychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programing (NLP), and a philosophical structure emerging from the Etymology of words (as opposed to religious and mythological bastardised influences.)
Along with each core system there will of course be fringe systems of groups forming their own beliefs associated with these Terms that are based on Myth, Folklore, Legend, and Fantasy. which is fine, but the need for distinctions become necessary.
So that is something to look out for. Generally the way we identify the systems is by whether they are “Theistic” or “Archetypal” If its based on the Archetypes it is likely that the system was born out of the Etymology of a word. But when we are talking about people, philosophy and religion it is inevitable that entropy will blur and mix everything together; so it is difficult to define things in this field.
VAMPYRISM PHILOSOPHY:
The Vampyrism philosophy is born out of the Etymology of the word “Dracula” which is a Wallachian word that translates to “Son of the Dragon” or “Child of the Dragon.” It would later go on to also be synonymous with the words “Devil” and “Vampire.” The modern philosophy is a manifestation of these three things combined. The Dragon becomes the personification of Primeval/Primordial creative potential known as “Chaos.” Therefore like in Chaos-magick Chaos becomes a replacement for God. Chaos is the messy process of creation, the things yet manifested, while Order is what is already manifested. Xeper is a term deriving from Ancient Egyptian texts which means “Coming into Being”… This is the thread that links Vampyrism to Setianism and Kemeticism and Hermeticism. The link to Setianism also links us to Satanism as Setianism emerged out of Laveyan Satanism.
The Post-Humanist, Trans-Humanist perspective of the Vampire emerges from the combination of the concept of Devils & Vampires. Since “Devils” are incorporeal entities that emerge out of the unconscious shadow (Devils/Demons are also referred to as “The Shadow” or the “Darkness.”) to possess and torment the soul as an “Accuser” and “Slanderer”. We recognize that these things exist to make us focus on the ugly parts of ourselves, and face them, acknowledge them and confront them. This portion of the philosophy states that the Vampyr is to embrace the Darkness and be as one. Which means that you have to develop a relationship with your unconscious shadow in order to gain a deeper understanding of why they exist, and use them as a guide to help you strengthen the parts of yourself that make you weak. Therefore the union of your conscious and unconscious selves united can come together in the aim to Transform you from a weakened and uncivilized state, to one that is evolved. And this concept than brings us to the Hero’s journey and the quest for Apotheosis which is the thread that links to the emergence of Luciferianism.
(Note: its the link to the Dragon in the etymology of the word Dracula which also leads to the birth of the Draconian principal of Vampyr Philosophy, which flavors the code and the laws of the vampyr with an air of severity. Essentially introducing a perspective of Social Darwinism, where no one is born equal, and respect is earned through merit and hard work. Those who cannot compete or contribute to the community weed themselves out losing face in the community.)
LUCIFERIAN PHILOSOPHY:
The Luciferian philosophy is born out of the etymology of the word “Lucifer” which is a LATIN word! meaning “Light-Bearer” or “Bringer of Light.” It was used in reference to the “MORNING-STAR,” which is what the ancients called planet “Venus”… who would herald the rising of the Sun in the morning and descend as the Evening-Star at night. This is how we get the legend of Lucifer Rising and Falling. Today this word has been repurposed by fundamentalist Christian and Satanist groups as a name for a fictional character that they believe to be cannon to scripture; as the personification of EVIL which they than call SATAN or The DEVIL.
This is due to a mistranslation that occurred over hundreds of years, the truth became skewed the way that information gets lost in a game of telephone. The bible since its first release has been translated and retranslated into various languages. Thus, many of the original meanings of word etymological interpretations have been lost in translation; essentially giving rise to many different narratives. As a result the Christian faith is divided up into roughly 33,000+ denominations world wide. Which is why we have to look to the Latin Vulgate as it is the original version of the bible that was first translated from Ancient Greek and Hebrew into Latin.
It was this Latin translation where we see the introduction of the word “Lucifer” into the bible in Isiah 14:12 as “Lux Ferre” (Light-Bringer). In Greek translations we get Phosphorous (Light-Bearer) and also Heosphoros (Dawn-Breaker). The original word was “Helel” a Hebrew word which means (The Shining-One). When words are translated from language to language if there is a word in your tongue that exists to describe something, than you can use that word to replace it.
(For example, in LATIN the word for “SUN” is “SOL”, The Word for “MOON” is “LUNA”, The word for “Weight” is “Libre.” this is why we add the letters “LB” on measurement’s of weight (i.e. 100lb) and why the Zodiac of Libra is represented by the Scales. and Why we refer to things referring to the Sun as “Solar” and the Moon as “Lunar”. The Latin name for our planet is Terra, which is what the Astro-Physicists refer to Planet EARTH as. Terra literally means dirt aka Earth. If you don’t know the etymology of words you will not grasp their meaning. So its important to discover these words by their original context.)
King James essentially invented the modern narrative of Lucifer, Satan, and the Devil, as personifications of evil. when he chose not to translate them into English. in English these words would have had literal meanings. as he’s chosen to translate the references to Jesus as Lucifer into the Morning Star. in both Revelations 22:16 and 2nd Peters 1:19.
Lucifer= Light Bringer + Morning Star
Satan= Adversary
Devil= Accuser/ Slanderer/ Heckler
Scholars who have discovered this link between Jesus and Lucifer/The Morning Star in the bible, gave rise to the Modern Gnostic Tradition, where the Name of Jesus is replaced with the Name of Lucifer which has become recognized as one of his many epithets. This also gave credence to the Nog Hamadi texts, which introduced an alternative Christian Narrative where Jesus is treated more like Buddha.
Out of the Etymology of the word Lucifer and the original context of the legend being a reference to planet Venus. Branches out a wide variety of Philosophical beliefs. Lucifer becomes represented as a trope and an Archetype of the “Light Bringer,” the “Enlightener,” the “Brilliant One,” etc.
From these associations we adopt under the Luciferian Umbrella the Philosophy’s of:
-Hecatean ‘Torch Bearers (Hekate)
-Gnostic Luciferians
-Shivaism and Shaktism
-Buddhism
-Taoism/Daoism
-Prometheanism
-Venus Worship
-Tantra
and many other branches that utilize the trope and archetype of someone who is viewed with great reverence as a beacon of inspiration and great influence.
It is from this Luciferian etymology that we find the origins of phrases like “Bright Mind,” “Enlightened Spirit,” and the word “Brilliance” in reference to EXCELLENCE!!!
From this perspective we embark on a hero’s journey to become Masters of all aspects of our being.
Masters of our mind, Masters of our words, Masters of our actions, Masters of our bodies, Masters of our circumstances, Masters of our environment, and become totally self-sustained and self-sufficient… Sovereign in our own being. We recognize that human beings have great potential for amazing things as well as horrible things. The keys of manifestation is in our hands, and we are co-creator’s in charge of shaping and molding the reality we want to exist in. So take control of what you can, and don’t sweat the stuff that you can’t control.
Be Adaptable, Be always changing, strive always to Evolve and improve upon yourself.
and as a result of this form of thinking Social Darwinism emerges again like it does in Satanism, Setianism, and Vampyrism. There are those who strive to live up to their highest potential and there are those who live to squander that potential.
The Tale of Two Mice:
In the children’s tale of two Mice living out the seasons before Winter. One mouse stores food and saves his resources, and fixes his home in preparation for the coming Winter all year long. While the other mouse played all year, slept all year, and did nothing in preparation for the Winter. The way that story was originally told had the responsible mouse take pity on the lazy one, and allowed him to mooch off of him for the winter. A Luciferian, Vampire and Satanist would have let him suffer the winter alone. To ensure that next year he knows better to do what is necessary to ensure his own survival, and not rely on the fickle trust that others will look out for your well being.
You look out for yourself, rely only on yourself. Only when you come across others, who do what is necessary to ensure that they care for themselves; that you can trust that they can care for you, as you have cared for them. Then establish a relationship of reciprocated care. You help those who help themselves, otherwise risk being taken for granted and stretched too thin.
The Luciferian sets limits and boundaries to how generous they are. and the Vampire does the same. This is what makes it a Social Darwinist ideology, But its also why we are draconian in nature.
Draconian meaning “Harsh Consequence for Seemingly-Minor Offenses.”
Luciferianism, as I’ve stated to my comrades in the Luciferian Order… is the alternative to Vampyrism.
It is also probably quiet possibly the cure for Vampirism too. The Vampire is an Animal or Monster which aspires to become like a Human. The Luciferian is a Human who aspires to become like a God.
I think there is a point in a Vampyr’s life, when we transcend beyond the realm of Darkness… and enter a stage where the only thing left to do is become God.
Where the beast has served its purpose, and all of your demons have dissolved. and there is nothing impure left within you. Then you are in a state where you are no longer Human, and also no longer a Devil… and the only way to go from there, is up… You than embark on the quest to become an Ascended Master, and that is the path of the Luciferian.
Luciferians just like Vampyr’s can not just decide that they are Luciferian. They have to develop themselves to such a point, that they have to AWAKEN to the realization that that is what they have become… and the challenge that the Luciferian has to face, is the struggle to accept their responsibility and fulfill their purpose in leading others to their Enlightenment; By being an example for them. (and to do this, while all together making sure that they do not succumb to pathology and give rise to a new cult as their leader.)
Luciferians lead by example, and by virtue of their being cause others to be illuminated by their wisdom and energy. The Presence of a Luciferian causes others to transform themselves. When the Luciferian is present, others are compelled in spirit to become their best selves.
The Vampire aims to be powerful in order to influence others.
But the Luciferian aims to become great in order to inspire others.
The Vampire wants to be immortalized by their greatness.
The Luciferian aims to impact the world in such a way, that their influence out lasts the memory of who they were.
There are similarities between the two, But Similar is not the same.
Therefore I place them as two stages in the Magnum Opus.
In Alchemy there are four phases of the Great Work:
- nigredo, the blackening
- albedo, the whitening
- citrinitas, the yellowing
- rubedo, the reddening, purpling
To which I like to frame the systems as stages of those four phases.
- Satanism: The Adversarial Path (Nigredo) Black
- Setianism: The Left Hand Path of Descent (Albedo) White/ Silver
- Vampyrism: The Path of Formless Chaos (Citrinitas) Yellow/Gold
- Luciferianism: The Transcendent Path (Rubedo) Red
This concept of the four systems as the four alchemical phases, is my personal incomplete Hypothesis, but I am developing it further. Hopefully I can present it in a fully fleshed out form eventually. I actually recently saw that Thomas Karlsson of the Order of the Red Dragon, has also used the concept of the alchemical phases in reference to the Qliphothic path of initiation. (Minus the Citrinitas – Yellowing).
In the book QABALAH, QLIPHOTH and GOETIC MAGIC by Thomas Karlsson, he states:
“NIGREDO corresponds to the material level and the astral plane, ALBEDO corresponds to the mental plane, and RUBEDO to the divine, final goal. Occasionally, alchemy also uses a fourth level called CITRINITAS or the yellow phase. The Citrinitas level is between the white and red levels, and if Citrinitas is part of the table it generally denotes the mental levels, while Albedo in that case corresponds to the astral level and Nigredo to the material level. The three or four phases can also be divided into seven levels that correspond to metals and phases in the alchemical process of transformation”

In the system I am developing for the Ordo Viprimae, the Four Phases become Four Elemental States, which correspond to Emotional States, Mental States, Physical Aspects, and Spiritual stages. Then from the four, they will be divided into seven parts corresponding to the 7 Planets, Chakras, Metals, Colors, etc. This system is an initiation into Elemental and Planetary Magick, as well as a system for developing Psychic intuition, and Energy work. There will be the basic levels, and than the Advanced levels for those with a strong will and willing to suffer for their craft. It involves practices such as fasting, meditating for 3 to 5 straight hours a day, among other sacred practices in the Draconian Tradition of Shamanic Devotion. The advanced levels are only for the most devoted to the spiritual aspect of transcendence. Membership to the Ordo Viprimae is reserved for members of the Luciferian Order who have already awakened to Vampirism; membership is by invitation only.
